In July of 2014, I stood within the formidable keep of the Chateau de Vincennes just outside of Paris. Above me was this breathtaking ceiling detail—a testament to the radial symmetry and strength of medieval architecture. Within these thick fortress walls lies a beautiful chapel, a quiet sanctuary where light and stone meet in perfect harmony.

The Piece: Captured in a warm, rose-gold hue, this heart-shaped pendant features the striking architectural vaulting of the Chateau. The geometric lines converge at the center, creating a sense of balance and focus. It is a piece that carries the weight of French royalty and the quiet grace of a historic chapel.

Artist’s Note: This is for the woman who finds strength in structure and beauty in history. Every time I look at this image, I am reminded of that afternoon in France—the cool stone walls and the intricate details that have watched centuries pass by. It’s a wearable piece of the "Grand" history of Paris.
